What is Speedlancer?

Speedlancer allows companies to seamlessly scale their output by giving them access to handpicked freelancers across over a dozen functions.

Instead of having to spend days searching and managing freelancers, our clients tell us what they need, and we get it done.

Each client has a concierge, a contact point between the freelancer and the client, and workflows, which makes sure the outcome meets and exceeds expectations.

How We Work

  1. A company signs up to one of our packages which grants them to access our hand-picked talent pool.
  2. Our clients tell their concierge what they need in the form of a brief, or select from one of our dozen premade workflows (tasks that are bundled together in a sequence to produce a variety of outcomes) on our platform.
  3. The client’s concierge kicks off the workflow and our platform begins allocating tasks to the appropriate freelancers who have capacity.
  4. The client reviews the work at each stage and provides feedback with amendments being made throughout. All communications takes place either on the Speedlancer platform or through the Slack messaging platform.
  5. Once the client is happy with their outcome, they’re done! The workflow will either recur if that’s what they want, or the client will continue working with us on other projects and ongoing requirements.

Example Workflow: Podcast Production

This is an example of one the workflows we offer.

Our clients provide us with the raw files from their recorded podcast, and we go through the steps below to produce a finished episode and social media content pieces.

This workflow would involve the work of 4 freelancers. The process is managed automatically by our platform with oversight from the concierge.
